20 students per batch from each participating instituted to be shortlisted
Online Leadership Test
Multiple choice questionnaire to assess leadership behaviour
Open ended questions to assess personality behaviour
Interview
Interviews conducted via video conferencing
Interview panel to have a mix of industry experts and representatives from the OP Jindal Group
Result Announcement
Highest scorers (Online test +Interview) are declared as OPJEMS scholars
Awarded scholarship communication & distribution
